Triangle choke from the spider guard

Rodrigo Medeiros is not that “do as I say, not as I do” kind of teacher. In his career, which began at 5 years of age, in Rio de Janeiro, Rodrigo competed in more than 80 different tournaments, and remains active to this day, having won, among other titles, the black belt lightweight International Master and Senior category in 2001. Now living in the United States for the last 11 years, Rodrigo is responsible for two successful academies in California, one in Pacific Beach, San Diego, and the other in La Habra, Los Angeles, and that is where he has pursued his development as a teacher and followed the progress of his students. From the many things he has to teach, Rodrigo set aside the following move for GRACIE Magazine readers.
